Friendly staff, good assortment of bikes on display and rapid turnaround on special-ordered bike. Sure you could buy online or at a chain, but then you’d be missing out on the level of care Matt and his staff display!
The best customer service from everyone that works there, they are very knowledgeable people. So far I have bought two bikes here and I plan on buying everything I need bike related here as they always provide great customer service when I come I go the store, it doesn't get any better than awesome customer service. I would recommend them to anyone
