We just purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V with Doug's assistance, found the perfect match for us. This vehicle is actually teaching me how to drive all over again. With its Eco Mode and constant review of my driving status displaying when I get the best gas mileage has changed the way I drive. Also, feel so much safer with the back up camera and side camera for right turns. Honda really put a lot of thinking into this model and makes it a superb vehicle for us. Im always there getting o.e.m honda parts, i took my rsx there once to get a oil change, i got upset becuase they used conventional oil and did not inform me, until i lost 20hp. I explained to them power loss and how my engine is built, they then apologized for the inconvenience and did a free oil change using my preffered oil (Mobil 1). Im always there so they know my name and have my phone number memorized by heart XP. The people in incharge of the the parts department

I'm not very happy with it. I went there and change my car engine oil. Engine is okay. But, I also ask them to check my A/C before fixing them. I ask them to call and let's me know how much it's will cost but they never call. My appointment its at 9:00am n it's done after 3. I went there at 2:10 and ask them if it's done. one of the staff say " it's done. But they run the paper work so it's will take about 10 minutes". since I have appointment I told her I'll come back. After I come back at 3:17 pm one of the lady tell me they're done but they run the paper work now. I was like okay. Suprisely it's cost $251+ I'm not happy with that cuzz labor cost it's $160+ n one of the guys explain to me about how they replace the A/C part. N say " you won't have to pay when you come back n check your A/ C cuzz it's leaking but we can't find it. I was like okay than.my A/C it's cold so I'm okay with that. But one the next following day my A/C not working any more. It's been only a few hours propably less than 12 hours I'll say. N I went back there next day. One of the lady said we can check but it's too late for today. So I say that's okay I'll come back tomorrow. And I say it's won't cost anymore rt? Because one of the guy say he already charge it yesterday. If it's cost than I won't bother fix it. She's was like well if your not going to do anything then we can't help you much but we can check for you. I'm so mad because they should tell me first that they can't fix its. Right now I'm so scare to tell my mom about my A/C. Cuzz I already tell her it's good. But I'll go to another place. Anyway Thank to them I got some expirence. I'm truthfully dislike it. Excuse my gramma.
[Don't want to disclose there names] but the (44ish man &37ish female) are good and have lots of knowledge towards installing parts and functionality of the part. Unlike crack heads at advance auto and oriely. Prices tend to be higher here but hey, free next day shipping takes care of that. . I hope I get a free oil change for writing this long positive review lol.
