Would give them zero stars if I could. My car broke down so I rented a car over the internet and had a confirmed reservation. When I got there to pick up the car they didn't have one, and couldn't promise me they would get me one later in the day.

They we fast and efficient in getting me into my rental car.

I rented cars from enterprise for 6 months for work, every time I would go in I was greeted with a smile. Kay always made sure I was happy with my rental and one time he even came to my rescue when the battery of the car I was driving died. Everybody in that office is super nice, their maintenence person told me of a few places to visit around Iowa. Overall it was an AMAZING experience working with them, I've had really bad experiences renting from other companies so I really appreciated their dedication to making sure the customer felt like they mattered.

Horrible. I rent cars frequently and have never had an experience like this. I returned a car in perfect condition during normal working hours and there was no one in the office and the door was locked. I put he key in the drop box and left. Almost 5 hours later I get a call saying the car has a cracked windshield. As I said, there was not a crack when I left and no one was there to inspect the car. I asked where the crack was and I couldn't get a description. I asked for a photo and was told they would have to contact their regional office. Over a week later I get a letter saying that I will be billed. When I called the corp. offices they said I would have to contact this location. When I called this location they still can't answer anything about the car. I apparently have two days to inspect the claimed damage. Yet this location nor the corp office can tell me where the car is. To make myself clear. There was no damage, there was a large time gap that I don't have any idea what could have happened to the car, they don't know where the car is for me to inspect it within the 2 days of being sent the notice. HORRIBLE!

Two others waiting for a car said they had same experience previously, and I could get a rental from a local car dealer. Never heard back from this location, nor from Enterprise although when I called customer service line, I was told the district manager would call me. Good thing I had not made the reservation for business use. I will not use this location again and plan to inform our corporate travel people of their inability to fulfill rental agreements.

Luke and his team workers are awesome....they make sure you're happy with them and the rental. I love the customer service there.
