The manager is a jackass
This is no place to bring your business to. The guys working at this location are very rude, and do NOT have the customer in mind, to them it's more important to make the sale and charge outrageous amounts for their products. If you decide you don't want the product you decided to rent, you CAN have them pick it up as long as payments are up-to-date; at this location, they argue with you and try making you feel like you HAVE to purchase and that they won't pick up. I sincerely would NEVER recommend going to the Marshalltown branch, if you can wait and save to purchase an item, please do it and don't waste your precious time with these fools.
