Numerous catastrophic haircuts. Best choice is to ask for Chelle or the manager, I can't remember her name though.
Great service and quick, more satisfactory then not, they could play a lil more rock.
Friendly staff and affordable prices. I love that they give their customers 7 days after getting a haircut to come back and have it fixed or altered for free if the customer isn't satisfied. The wait times can be long, but that's to be expected when they do such good work.
I have been going to great clips for many years and all the staff were very friendly! these past couple of times I have been assisted by a rude employee and it's the same one everything I go. Not sure what her name is but she has ombre hair. Really disappointed everytime she cuts my hair! Don't feel like going back because of her !
