Bought tickets online in case the movie sold out at the late showing. Had to pay a $1 convenience fee per ticket for buying online... but still had to wait in line for 50 min to get into the movie. 40 min after the movie started we went to get a drink but were refused service. They said under new policy they no longer did concessions after a certain time ... That was at 10 the movie didn't get over til 1130. Never going back...
Honestly the only real complaint I have about the place is the fact that, at least for the showing that I went to, there was nothing happening before the movie, like no pre-show entertainment, interviews, music, nothing. It was such a quiet, sterile experience that threw me for a bit of a loop.
But otherwise, the popcorn was great, they had a good selection of drinks and snacks, the staff...one person was really nice, another was kind of the "get you in/get you out" type, even though it wasn't a busy period of the day.
Very nice people working at plaza 9. Clean theatres. Overall, nice place to see your movies.
