I told the driver w Anson ST and he drove to East Anson ST and told me there was no w Anson then he told me to get out what a joke cab service can't even navigate around a small town
One of the male drivers is a complete prick. I called asking if I could get a ride from Marshalltown to Melbourne (10 min drive), and he said no. When I informed him its only 10 min away, he blew up on me, then hung up.
Poor service will not go to them called the at 8:15 didn't come to 9:00 the gone have a nerve to charge me $10
although i had a rough start me second experience was very good . i hope they can keep it up
Hard to ever get anyone to pick up the phone, but the rides I have had were pleasant
