RUDE! I LOVE BURGER KING! never again will I go to this one. Couldn't get what I wanted n what I did get was cold. They remade it after I had to argue for a 3rd time n then they gave it to someone else.

My child came out of the playplace with a used condom. A. Used. Condom. In the freaking playplace. I will give credit to the shift manager, who was instantly on the case with employees thoroughly cleaning when I left shortly after. However, I called corporate to report the issue and the man I spoke with assured me that the general manager and franchise owner would be notified and I would receive a follow up email. This was over a week ago and I haven't heard from anyone since.
