Ordered a mushroom and Swiss! Very little mushrooms cold burger n the sweet bun doesn't belong with that sandwich! The curly fries were old n cold! It will be a long time before I go back to Hardee's anywhere!

It's a typical Hardee's, but in my opinion the best Burger fast food franchise. This particular Hardee's seems to have an older aged staff than most I've seen. And this reflects well on the service received. I had a younger employee today though and she didn't match up to the service I normally receive. But that is not common there. Also with the good, comes the bad. Their speed of service is not the best. Not even close to bad as one of their main competitors (whom shall remain nameless but thinks he is the ruler) in the same town, but not fast as far as industry standards are concerned.
3 guys ordered after me. They ordered the chicken tender meal as I did. They received there food first. I got mine to go. The fries were cold and so were the tenders. I saw a pan of tenders under a warming light. Now I know why they were so dry. Yuck. Won't be going there again anytime soon. If you want a fantastic 5dollar lunch go to DQ. Unfortunately they are closed on Mondays
